Overlaying All the Geometries Together

The diagram below combines all the interval geometries together and connects all the notes to each other to show the fixed P5 intervals of all the notes. From personal experience exploring chords, the diagram seeks to rank the sounds of the intervals in a chord or a progression from better to worse using line thickness and varying shades of grey. The thicker lines and darker shades are indicate notes that sound more in harmony together. The thinner lines and lighter shades are indicate more dissonant sounds. The diagram shows from best to worst sounding around the circle of fifths, respectively: P5, maj3, min3, maj2, aug4, min2.
